| Ron was born in Holdenville, Oklahoma but he was reared from the age of 5 on the Southern Oregon Coast where he attended Marshfield High School and Southwestern Oregon Community College.
While growing up Ron always had a love for Gospel music. In fact, he has lead several Gospel bands from the local church he attended. Ron has written several songs which have been recorded. Kathy was born in Astoria, Oregon and was reared mostly in Southern Oregon and Yakima, Washington. From the time she was a little girl she has loved the Lord Jesus and has strived to please Him in all that she does. After graduation from Eisenhower high school in Yakima, she moved to Coos Bay, Or. and attended Southwestern Oregon Community college. Kathy met Ron at church in Coos Bay. She became his bride in May of 1972
and became the mother of their two wonderful children(Christopher and Debbie) and has always tried to raise them in the love and admonition of the Lord.
She continued to live in Coos Bay, Oregon after her marriage to Ron until 1981. At that time she moved to Bandon, Oregon with Ron where they took the Pastorate of a local church.
In 1985 they resigned the church and went on the evangelistic field singing the praises of Jesus. Known first as Reflections of Love, Kathy and Ron have been traveling the hiways of the United States and Canada for the past 17 years singing the good news of Jesus Christ in churches, concerts, campmeetings and revivals. They also minister in prisons. They have appeared many times in the Lamp music showcase at the National Quartet Convention in Louisville, Ky. as well as the Great Western Quartet Convention in Sacramento Ca. They have also been seen in the Singing News and Voice magazines. Their desire is to portray a sincere commitment and worship to the Lord. Through the years God has touched many hearts and people have come to the saving knowledge of Him. However, Ron and Kathy realize all blessing comes from the Lord and they are careful to give Him all the glory and praise for they realize that all blessings come from Him and are for His glory. They thank God He has blessed them by opening many avenues of ministry with denominational and non-denominational churches. Ron and Kathy have recorded 4 projects. The latest one Show me Thy Glory was recorded at Lamp Music Group in Whitesburg Ga. and was released on the Potters Clay label.
